What to Know Before Booking

  • Sleeps: Three bedrooms and two full baths on the ground floor, a giant bunk-bed loft with full bathroom upstairs, and the Bear Den theater room.
  • Check-in / Check-out: Self check-in with keypad. 4:00 PM in, 10:00 AM out.
  • Pets: Welcome with prior notice through the booking platform.
  • Parking: Plenty of room — pull in nose-first.
  • Location: 6–10 minutes to Dollywood, 20 minutes to the Sugarlands entrance of Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
